Service costs

• General Handyman Services

For senior citizens, I offer a discounted rate of $40/hour with a one hour minimum charge. For other customers my base rate is $60/hour with a one hour minimum charge. Any needed materials (lumber, grab bars, railings, etc.) are of course added to the cost of your project.

You may want to develop a short list of tasks that need tackling. If your job takes longer than an hour, charges increase in half-hour increments.

• Smaller Ongoing Tasks

If your need is small but ongoing (for example, refilling your bird feeders weekly), we can negotiate a monthly cost.
